Delivery service (FedEx) left the container with the glass outside the garage doors in the rain. Luckily I found the package before the package totally melted away. If I were you, I would not use FedEx for shipping. They're the worst carrier I've experienced on many occasions. They leave packages by the mailbox, in the driveway, beside the driveway, etc.

This was my 2nd time purchasing from the Penninsula company, the 1st from One Day Glass. The initial order took longer than expected - it would have been good to know that getting a pull cut into the glass meant that it would take more time. The product received was perfect. Except that I needed 2 pieces but only ordered 1! I called right away and got a second one (without the hand pull) quickly since they put a rush on it due to MY mistake. I highly recommend One Day Glass and Peninsula.

Ordering and turnaround time was easy and quick online. It was also easy to get someone on the phone. Price is slightly higher than local stores but not by much and you get delivery to your door. The shipment arrived and when I opened the packaging the glass was broken into a hundred pieces, it shouldn’t have been because it was packaged very well and the box showed no damage so I assume the delivery company rough handled the parcel that was marked “FRAGILE GLASS”. So I call and let them know and that I needed the replacement glass the next day as I was going out of town and needed to take it with me to install at my recreation home. They cut a new piece and had it to me within 24 hours, unbelievable, Great customer service!!!

The best Glass shop I have ever dealt with. They cut two scalloped edge sheets for me at half the price, from what I was quoted elsewhere. The quality and attention was top notch too. They digitized my patterns and used a computer-driven water jet cutter for the best edge precision one can hope for. Now the patterns are stored in their system and if I ever need a replacement, all I have to do is to call them. Wow!
