Holiday Shipping Information

We are very busy processing orders to ensure delivery before the holidays. In general, we do our best to ship orders eligible orders the next business day*.

Please note that there will be no Guaranteed delivery services from Friday, December 18th 2020 to Thursday, December 24th 2020.    A complete guide to the FedEx year-end holiday schedule can be found online Holiday Service here.

We provide an estimated shipping date, so that you know where your order falls in our production line. Our team always does their very best to ship your order ahead of or within the estimated date range, however, sometimes orders may take longer than anticipated. Our goal is to exceed your expectations, but we will never compromise quality to meet a deadline. Our estimated shipping date is not a guarantee.

*If your order is made up of pieces with any of the following options, additional fabrication time of 2-3 business days is to be expected: Orders with any pieces in 5/32″, 3/8″ or 1/2″ Tempered Glass, shapes other than Square/Rectangle, glass with any edge work, other than a seamed edge, pieces that require hole drilling, Insulated Units, Laminate, and Tempered-Laminate. If your order requires you to submit a pattern to us, please submit it as soon as possible so there will be no delay in processing your order.

**Our office and shop will be closed Thursday, December 24th through Friday, December 25th. Orders placed during this time period will begin to be processed on Monday, December 28th, 2020. We will also be closed Friday, January 1st. Orders placed during this time period will begin to be processed on Monday, January 4th, 2021. Orders will be processed in the order received with priority given to those with express shipping. We will make every effort to process all orders placed during the holiday shutdown by Tuesday, January 5th 2021. You will receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails to update you on the status of your order. ***FedEx Ground dates are only estimates and not guaranteed dates. This year FedEx has suspended all guaranteed dates. Please treat guaranteed dates as a projected targeted date. Ship early to insure on time delivery. If a guaranteed date is required please use FedEx Saver, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Next Day Air Service.

We are not responsible for local weather delays or if extra delivery time is required to deliver to rural addresses or addresses in Alaska or Hawaii.
