What do I do if my package did not arrive on time?

For FedEx Ground shipments, if it has been 7 business days since your order shipped and your package has not arrived, please contact FedEx directly by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX and then contact our office to notify us of the problem.
For FedEx Express shipments, if it is AFTER 5:00pm local time (business delivery) or 7:00pm local time (residential delivery) and your package has not arrived, please contact FedEx directly by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX and then contact our office to notify us of the problem.
