I am so happy to have found this company online during a search for huge custom mirrors that we needed for our home. The prices were unbeatable, the options for mirror selections was perfect for our needs, and of course the ability to custom order huge sizes was something we needed. Placing the order was very easy. And it did not take long at all before my order was freight shipped. Today we received the delivery, and it was packaged so well. We had 7 oversized mirrors and they were all in perfect condition upon arrival. We already installed them, and I am so pleased with how beautiful they look! Thank you for such an awesome experience with my order! My contractor now asked for your info, which I’ve happily shared.

Mirror appeared to be of good quality. Unfortunately, the packaging could have been a bit better as FedEx damaged it during shipping (package was damaged on one corner which in turn shattered the mirror). Submitted claim and waiting for replacement.. 14-Jul-23 - Replacement arrived. Same issue. Called One Day Glass and submitted another replacement claim. NEED to protect the corners of the mirror when packaging (they do make styrofoam corners for packaging!!)

Fantastic price on a custom cut mirror. Fast ship and really well packaged. Was able to restore a Pulaski curio that was significantly discounted by the furniture clearance store..great experience.

I originally ordered a mirror from One Day and during the time the mirror was in production I had an accident with my motorhome window. I couldn’t find anyone that could sell me a piece of tinted glass. I asked the rep who was helping me and I was surprised to find out One Day could help. Based on the recommendation from a sale rep I ordered light gray. Upon arrival, the tint was too light. I reached back out and re-ordered at a discount. I appreciate the level of customer service from One Day.
The packaging was outstanding!!!!

Website was easy to navigate, ordering was also easy. I emailed them with a question before ordering and received a response very quickly. The item I ordered arrived sooner than expected and was well packaged. Considering my mirror traveled 3000 miles and arrived with several holes in the outer cardboard, the mirror was intact and perfect. The pricing is also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and use them again if the need arises.

Fast shipping and easy ordering. The packaging was overboard too. Yes, it was a mirror, but it was tightly and thoroughly packed! I think they have experience in package handlers being rough? Totally satisfied with the cost, quality, and packaging. I have ordered from them for my church - specialty cut glass shelving, and we were very happy with our experience with those too.

Quick and friendly service. I needed a custom mirror it was done to my specs and it didn't take long.
All packages are sent insured. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground which delivers most domestic shipments within 7 business days but in most cases we can ship as fast as FedEx Next Day Air.
