Are transit times guaranteed for freight shipments to a residential address?

Due to the limited number of delivery trucks with lift-gates, transit times are not guaranteed for freight shipments to residences (i.e., private residences, apartment complexes, dormitories, businesses located at a private residence, farm, or ranch). This applies to both Economy Freight and Priority Freight. Estimated transit times are only provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
