Custom Projects Are No Problem for One Day Glass
We can temper pieces of glass as small as 1” x 1” and our minimum order quantity is 1! Since all of our orders are custom-cut, we can easily accommodate unique, individual requests for pieces other glass suppliers find too laborious. Our products have been used in a wide range of applications including wood stove glass, fireplace glass, replacement windows, industrial windows, custom shelving, commercial ovens, table tops, landscape lighting fixtures, halogen lamps, and various laboratory uses. These are just ideas to get the imagination rolling- with only a few restrictions on what we can do, we are usually able to accommodate even the most unusual requests.
Unique Glass Tempering Capability
We temper small to mid-size pieces in our vertical tempered glass furnace*. The unique design of this furnace makes it possible to supply tempered glass as small as 1 inch by 1 inch. Small diameter circles are not a problem. Because the glass hangs vertically in this furnace rather than being supported by conveyer rollers as in a traditional horizontal furnace, the tempered glass does not have the surface waviness often observed in tempered glass.
